MAY

"WE CANNOT ALWAYS BUILD THE FUTURE FOR OUR YOUTH, BUT WE CAN BUILD OUR YOUTH FOR THE FUTURE." ~ Franklin D. Roosevelt

Can you believe it? It is May and only two more months of school, but what a two months they will be.  Now that the weather is finally improving, the longer days are beckoning everyone to enjoy the outdoors.  However, we know that we must also attend to the tasks ahead.  As difficult as it might be to spend quality time completing the necessary assignments reviewing for upcoming assessments, we need to remember the importance of this.  We must also remember to balance our lives with good routines that include plenty of sleep, good nutrition, and fun as we see our students heading to outdoor camps, the Children's Festival, Field Days and Track Meets, and other field trips.
