Triple P Parenting
Triple P offers:
Support with problems from infant sleeping difficulties, toddler tantrums, misbehavior or fighting at school, defiance, attention issues, anxiety; even the struggle to set up healthy eating patterns or a regular homework routine - issues you face aren't peculiar to your family. In fact, they're commonplace. That's why Triple P can help.
Your teen's behaviour has become too much for you to handle. At home, there's probably a lot of shouting and very little agreement. Or maybe you don't bother trying to talk anymore. But you are worried. Where will this all end? Or, maybe it isn't that bad. It's just that you realize things can change very quickly. So you're keen to know as much as possible about positive parenting so you'll be prepared if hassles arise. Either way, Group Teen Triple P can give the support you need.
Triple P helps you:
Create a stable, supportive, harmonious family environment
Teach your children skills they need to get along with others
Deal positively, consistently and decisively with problem behaviour should it arise
Encourage desirable behaviour
Develop realistic expectations of your children and yourself
Take care of yourself as a parent.
