Keenooshayo Parents' Association
The Keenooshayo Parents' Association (KPA) is a community of parents. Every Keenoo parent is automatically a member of the KPA. Our objective is to host a variety of fundraising activities that will benefit the students and school with extra money for school activities (camps, school trips), visual and performing art programs and technological upgrades as identified by the school administration. The KPA is also responsible for planning and hosting the Family Fall Festival and Spring Family dance.
Notice of meetings is provided via Friday envelopes, newsletters, special notices and on the school website. These meetings give parents the opportunity to decide on the types of events the KPA will host and fundraising priorities. We ask parents to bring any and all ideas to the meetings or contact a member of the board of directors. Minutes of the meetings are posted on the bulletin board outside the school office.

KPA Korner - October 2016
Welcome back to another wonderful year!
Do you have items around your house that you would like to donate? Do you have a friend or family member that has items to donate? We will be hosting the Silent Auction during the Halloween Dance on October 28th. Contact Lea LeGassick or Jacob Dudak at firstname.lastname@example.org to donate.
Will be October 28, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm. Save the date! We will be sending out further details about tickets and volunteer opportunities soon.

These are fundraisers don’t require extra spending. They add up surprisingly easily.
Boston Pizza Receipts
We want to thank all our parents who submitted receipts from Boston Pizza. We are still accepting receipts from Boston Pizza. We receive 5% back on all receipts submitted to Boston Pizza. Last year we raised $336.76.
Last year we raised $275.75 from families bringing in receipts from Halloween Alley. Please submit your receipts from Halloween Alley by giving it to your teacher or the office.
When you checkout with your order let them know you are with Keenooshayo Elementary School at the till and we get 5% back.
Our meeting dates is October 3rd and November 7th in the library at 7:00pm. All are welcome!
All of the funds we raise are used to support our school. We could not do so many wonderful things at this school if it wasn’t for the generous support of our parents. Thank you for all your support throughout the years!
